What does the 1-year limited warranty cover?

We want to give our clients as much peace of mind by going with refurbished goods as possible. Which is why we have implemented a 1-year limited warranty for all orders.
You may be pondering "🤔limited warranty? How does that help me?" and you're right to ponder that question. The 1-year warranty covers any and all product defects (hardware and software).
However! The limited warranty does NOT cover cracked screens and damages to the device caused by the customer. The seller is obligated to repair or offer a replacement for the device. You're only eligible for a refund if the seller can NOT repair or replace the defective device for you.
VERY IMPORTANT: The moment your device becomes defective, you MUST communicate ALL of the issues you are encountering with your device.
If you don't report all of the defects, we can reject your defect claim, and we not obligated to repair or replace your defective device.
