Our warranty covers any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.).
If you lose, drop/break the phone or if it is oxidized (water damaged), the warranty will not apply.
The opening of the product, repair or diagnosis by a third party (other than the seller) is also a warranty exclusion clause. 🚨
Thus if a malfunction has occurred to your product but it has been broken/oxidized/opened by a third party or shows signs of impact due to a fall or impact, the warranty will no longer apply and the seller will not be required to take charge of your after-sales service request.
