Ohh no!! We're so sorry your order was canceled! 🤯
Most of the time orders are canceled due to a lack of inventory. While this doesn't happen often, there are times where an item will be sold on a different platform but the seller will still have the device listed as available.
In this instance, we are to be proactive and offer customers an alternative rather than cancel an order outright. If they don't have an alternative item of equal value then they will cancel the order outright.
