My order did not meet the aesthetic/grade descriptions. What do I do??

When receiving your order, if you think your device doesn't match the aesthetic grade, you can check the grade you ordered and compare it to the grade description we have listed on our site (and for the sake of this article, we listed the grades below).


As a reminder, each product sold on Renewfy is classified according to an aesthetic grade.


If the esthetic of your device doesn't match the grade description we have listed upon receiving your order then you can open a service request with the seller for your device. Clients are required to take multiple photos of the device and upload them to the service request.


Once the request is submitted, the seller will respond within 1 business day to arrange an exchange or refund (only under the right of withdrawal).
