Some essential tips to know when returning a product to the merchant.

Packaging

Check that the unit is well packed and cannot move in its packaging. Use cardboard pads, bubble wrap, protective foam, etc. to do this.

To protect you in case of problems during transport, we invite you to take pictures of the product from all angles before shipping.

Resetting the device

You must imperatively


  • Delete all passwords and unlock codes. If the device no longer switches on, you can indicate the unlocking code/diagram on the service sheet.
  • Delete your Apple/Google account and deactivate the location of your device.


Please note that if you do not log out of your iCloud or Google Account, your product will not be supported.
