What’s the difference between CDMA and GSM? What accessories are included with my order? Are they originally branded? What can I expect from each product grade? What should I expect from the battery life on my refurbished device? Is waterproofing maintained with devices on Renewfy?

No. Each product is sold in the reconditioner's packaging.


Often neutral, but particularly robust packaging (this is better for delivery). 🚚


For the accessories, the rule is simple: our products are sold with new and compatible accessories if mentioned.
